By booking photography services with Maddie Mellott Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due one more before your wedding and for sessions, the day of.
- Payments can be made by e-transfer, visa, and/or mastercard.
- Your booking will be confirmed once the non-refundable deposit is received and the contract is signed.

2. Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the event that you need to reschedule your wedding, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
If you cancel the service entirely, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

3. Photography Deliverables
- The final deliverables, such as digital images and photo gallery, will be provided to you within 12 - 18 weeks for weddings and for lifestyle sessions, within 4 - 5 weeks.
- Images will be delivered in a private online gallery for you to download. Prints and albums may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are obtained for the location of the photography session.
- You agree to provide a list of key individuals or groups that should be photographed during the event.
- You agree to download your photo gallery within one year of the wedding. It is the client’s responsibility to store the photos in a safe location (e.g., hard drive, Google Drive, etc.)

5. Copyright and Usage
- All images produced by Maddie Mellott Photography remain the copyright of the photographer.
- You are granted a license to use the images for personal use, but may not sell, license, or otherwise distribute them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- The photographer may use the images in their portfolio, website, socials and for promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to capture every moment, the photographer is not liable for any failure to capture specific events or moments during the wedding.
- The photographer is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise with equipment or software, and no refund will be provided in the event of a technical failure.

7. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Maddie Mellott Photography harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the photographs or any breach of this agreement.

8. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
